With a strong presence in Bucharest and regional cities like Cluj, Timișoara, Râmnicu Vâlcea, and Brașov, our portfolio boasts approximately 150,000 sqm of office and retail space, over 6,000 apartments, and 23,000 sqm of industrial space, totaling an estimated project value of 1.5 billion euros. In June 2024, we expanded our operations into Poland, with plans to develop a portfolio on par with our Romanian achievements.
