Speedwell successfully finalizes and delivers Building 1 of the TRIAMA Residence project. The residential units have been sold out before the construction works completion.
TRIAMA Residence Phase 1 is the first of three buildings in this Speedwell development and has been welcomed with enthusiasm by the market and buyers. As a result, all residential units have been sold out before the delivery date. After finalizing the construction works for Building 1, representing the first phase of the project, in the beginning of 2021, the 66 apartments have been delivered to the homeowners who have already moved in.
TRIAMA Residence consists of 3 separate buildings and offers studios, 2 and 3-room units, designed to create comfortable and efficient spaces, with a 2.75 m free height and generous terraces. For the comfort of the residents, TRIAMA also includes a Profi proximity shop located on the ground floor of Building 1.
Located on Baia de Aramă Street, near Basarabia Boulevard and the National Arena, the project benefits from a good location with easy access to various means of public transportation, road networks and other points of interest.
Currently, Phase 2 of TRIAMA Residence is up for sale and construction works have started.
The financing process and loan repayment was fully supported by Speedwell internal finance and legal team including Speedwell’s CFO Natalia Sarpi and Alex Bumbu, legal counsel.
“We are happy to announce having successfully concluded the first phase of TRIAMA Residence. Respecting deadlines is mandatory in real estate development, both when it comes to our partners and clients. We are grateful for the support we have received from all the parties involved and excited to build Phase 2 of the project.” stated Didier Balcaen, CEO and CO-Founder Speedwell.
