SPEEDWELL launch​es​ ​sales ​for a new premium residential project: THE MEADOWS, an urban oasis on the lakeshore, in Bucharest

The investment is estimated at over 80 million euros

SPEEDWELL, a reference player on the Romanian real estate market launches sales for the first phase of THE MEADOWS, an exclusive project located in a privileged location, with lake exit. Construction works for the first phase are scheduled to start by the end of this year, summing up an investment of 7 million euros out of the total estimated value of €80 million for the total development.
