SPEEDWELL has obtained the building permit for PALTIM Offices, the A-class office building in Timisoara

The office building, part of the PALTIM mixed-use project SPEEDWELL is developing in Timisoara, has received the building permit. Construction works for this building will kick off this year.

PALTIM Offices, part of the project SPEEDWELL is developing in Timisoara, has been granted its building permit. The authorization enables the construction works for the office development to start.

PALTIM Offices is a state-of-the-art building, located in Timisoara’s city center, a few steps away from the Bega River. With 16.000 sqm of A-class office spaces, 3m clear height, LED lighting, high-speed elevators and a smart parking system, this is one of the best working environments employees can benefit from.

The office building is being developed alongside two residential buildings and retail spaces. Also being an urban regeneration project, PALTIM includes two buildings that are being refurbished, part of the former factory on the site.

The office space already obtained a BREAAM Outstanding precertification, featuring sustainable, high-end design, in line with SPEEDWELL’s ESG strategy.

The property will be commercialized by Griffes, appointed as landlord agent to promote the office building and its vast amenities to the business community in Timisoara. “Timisoara has been long awaited a complex project with the features PALTIM is promising: advanced technical specifications, modular floor plates that respond to hibrid work models and a perfect integration with the environment – Bega river and the nearby central park.”, states Andreea Paun, Managing Partner of Griffes.

Construction works for the first residential building and the ones for the monument villa are already undergoing while the ones for the office development are set to kick off this year, with the delivery date estimated to be around Q3 2024.
