Located in the northern area of Bucharest, on the DN1 road, MIRO represents a new standard for companies looking for office space which features premium functionality, great location and easy access to the main areas of interest. Spread over five levels and with a total leasable area of 23,000 square meters, MIRO was awarded the highest level of certification achieved so far in Romania, WELL V2 PLATINUM, and has all the facilities one expects from an A class office building. In addition, the building provides 1,700 square meters of outdoor recreational spaces and also benefits from a smart parking system and charging stations for electric cars.
“It is my pleasure to welcome our new tenants, Biocodex, Soler & Palau and Symmetrica, to the MIRO community. Each new lease not only enhances our diverse list of reputable partners but also underscores a broader shift in the current business landscape. Thus, I am glad to see that more and more companies are now focusing on employee well-being and looking to invest in a modern office space that offers all the amenities needed for long-term harmonious development. In addition, the northern area of Bucharest remains sought after location for most companies, and MIRO offers, in addition to its privileged positioning, all the characteristics of a smart and flexible workspace where you will enjoy coming back.”, says Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder SPEEDWELL
”Securing a diverse and international tenant mix for MIRO is one of Hili Properties’ key priorities, so we are pleased to welcome three reknowned brands to our building. Our focus on sustainability, efficiency and developing a unique workplace and shopping experience, is reaping rewards, as we come closer to full occupancy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team who put the building to work everyday, ensuring our tenants and customers are well-served and enjoy their time at MIRO.”, says George Kakouras, Managing Director at Hili Properties plc
Biocodex leased a 660 square-meter space in the MIRO building for the office of its new affiliate in Romania. Their presence in MIRO Offices reiterates both the quality of the office spaces and our long-term commitment to ensure a conducive environment for our tenants and their employees.
